This blend starts with Bourbon Smoked sea-salt, quarter cracked paper, and paprika. We add the finest demerara sugar, garlic, and parsley to achieve a perfect balance of sweet and savory. This blend is irresistible on fresh seasonal vegetables, beef, pork, poultry, and seafood. This will become your go-to spice for grilling, roasting, and pan-frying.
All the spices in our Bourbon Smoked Chef’s Blend are slow-smoked in small batches using massive industrial smokers. We stack trays full of our spices and slow-smoke them using staves from repurposed oak bourbon barrels that once held some of Kentucky’s finest bourbon.
