Smoky Barrel Nightcap
Ingredients:
1 oz bourbon
2 Tbsp Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt Dark Hot Chocolate mix
4 oz whole milk (or milk substitute)
½ oz simple syrup (optional, depending on sweetness level)
Ice or serve warm
Method:
Heat the milk until steaming (about 150–160 °F)
Stir in the hot chocolate mix until fully dissolved
Add the bourbon and stir gently
Pour into a warmed glass, garnish with a light sprinkle of the bourbon smoked sea salt (or a cinnamon stick for flair)
Serve immediately
